Introducing FTS Managed Services

     What is Managed Services and why should I be excited about it?  Managed Services allow you to offload the maintenance and support of your machine to an experienced and highly trained individual like myself.  Our program can be thought off as Antivirus, Anti-malware and broad-spectrum system updates rolled into one and backed up with the watchful eyes of a real person.  When you sign up you will be provided with a small program to install that will connect your system to our servers.  Your computer will report to us the name and version of all software installed and the performance specs of your system.  Armed with this information our system will scan the Internet for system vulnerabilities and recommend patches that need to be installed.  We can then schedule those updates to be installed when your computer is not in use through the use of our central management console.  Every day we receive a report on the status of every subscriber's computer.  If any problems are found your system is tagged for my attention.  We also bundle a remote support agent to quickly assist you with difficult problems and software that won't install automatically.  Many of our subscribers see this service as a down right bargain because we keep their machine clean, updated, and protected for a low flat monthly fee as opposed to an emergency visit to our office.  

FTS Managed Services includes

• Vipre Antivirus - One of the leanest and most respected AV engines available
• Scheduled system cleanings - Once a month we have a system cleanup routine that cleans up the numerous temporary folders tend to become cluttered.
• MalwareBytes - Once a day we perform a scan with this powerful anti-malware engine just in case something slips past Vipre.
• Team Viewer - Remote support program to allow us to resolve any problems with our offerings and carry out any additional work you have asked me to perform.
• Automated Patching - Once a day we scan every machine for known vulnerabilities in Windows and the most popular windows applications such as MS Office, Java, Adobe-Flash-Reader-Shockwave-Air, Skype, Quicktime, Firefox and others.  If problems are detected any available patches are then installed.  
• Frequent System Checks - I am notified if your system runs low on harddrive space or memory.
• System Service Monitoring - If you run a critical program like Quickbooks POS I can set the system to notify you any time the program goes offline.  
• The bottom line is that this program is designed to save you time and money by taking a pro-active approach to system maintenance.  If something still happens to go wrong you will receive a 5% discount on our standard labor rate.  

Our Managed Services program is $10 a month per computer.  This subscription can be paid once or twice a year for 1-9 computers.  If you have 10 or more machines we will allow you to pay monthly.
